My family had a fantastic buying experience at West Loop Mitsubishi. On 8-3-2011 we were shopping for a car for our college bound son. We had already been to several dealerships and frankly were not impressed before arriving at West Loop Mitsubishi. We were greeted by Ernesto and quickly found the vehicle was wanted. We had told Ernesto that we were not interested in haggling over a price. We wanted their best price and if we liked it we would buy the car. Ernesto excused him self and shortly thereafter returned with Mr. Baker, sales manager, who greeted us and made the offer. It was a very fair offer and we accepted it and started the process to finalize the deal. Their no nonsense approach and good price was the deciding factors to closing this deal. We were further pleased with the finance officer. She was friendly, informative and very efficient in closing our deal. Suffice to say, it was a fantastic buying experience. The overall experience at Westloop was beyond any expectation. This is the fourth vehicle I've acquired through this dealership and the experience was very positive and rewarding.
